page Number in Pdf

Hi,
Everybody, we are using the Birt for reporting purpose with our web
application, we need the page number in every page of output of
report in pdf Format (like the Current date is display in the left footer
corner in pdf output).
is there any function or methods that is useful.

Please if you have any idea reply . we are using Birt 2.3.1

Hi Paritosh,

The "Palette" has some autotext options to include in your report. Page No is one of them. You can switch to "Master Page" view , then include the page no from the palette in your footer. You need to insert a grid (1 column , 1 row) in your footer first to paste in the auto text. Hope this helps
