How to add a url link in title

HeyI am trying to add a url link in the title of my report, so the HTML looks like<CENTER><strong class='bbc'><span style="font-size: larger">Customer List</strong></span><BR><FONT size="small">For internal use only</FONT><BR><BR><A herf="www.google.com">Report generated on</A> </CENTER><BR><BR>however, the <A herf> tag seems not working, and the tile simple shows plain text without link. Do I need to use anothe tag or some javascript function to create a link in tiltle?Thanks.

If you use a text element to add your code to, ensure the drop-down to select the "type" is set to HTML.
