Error while importing BIRT custom library

Hi,

am useing open source BIRT 2.2.1
i developed one custom library for my client needs
while importing that library into Maximo 7 usening "importreports libraries" command

I am getting the following error..

"BMXAA5457E - The report import process failed. Verify the specified information is correct before proceeding again"

i kept all currect properties in library.xml and reporttools.properties files
pls advice..
