Chart preview problem or bug?

Hi,

I am building a chart which links to one of my Data sets

Here's the issue:

In the "Edit Chart" window after I have input all the values for x & y series, I can see exactly what I want in the mini Chart Preview at the top of this window. All the values are correct and the bars all match just the way I want them... HOWEVER once I run a preview of this report, I get completely different figures and my chart looks totally different.

Does anyone know a reason for this? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is it a bug or am I doing something very wrong here? Any ideas?

Hi richpoulse,

Without being able to see your report, your data, and not being able to run the report, it's hard to tell what the issue may be here. If you can attach your report design, I could possibly see something there. If you can recreate the issue with the sample database, that would be best because I could run the report. If you attach a report design, be sure to include the version it was created in. Thanks.

Screenshots of your chart editor and of the run report may help to include if you just include your report design that I can't run.
