Problem creating workflow job

Im getting the following error when trying to create a workflow job for the author submit worklfow template:

Error: An error 1 has occurred when attempting to execute iwwft_available.ipl.

This problem occurs when i try to submit a file from a folder named 'Reg&Admin'. Because of the '&' in the name of the folder i guess teamsite generates this error as i copied the same file into a another folder named 'RegAdmin' and created the workflow job successfully without encountering the error.

Please indicate which version of TeamSite and which author submit workflow template you are using.
