I have downloaded birt 2.3.2 released yesterday. 
 
Downloaded from:

I did a very simple report, after this when I click on Preview Tab the following errors appears:

Navigation to the webpage was canceled 
 
What you can try: 
Refresh the page. 
***************************************** 
 
After click on "Refresh the page" link it appears: 
 
***************************************** 
This program cannot display the webpage 
 
Most likely causes: 
You are not connected to the Internet. 
The website is encountering problems. 
There might be a typing error in the address. 
 
What you can try: 
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected. 
 
Retype the address. 
 
Go back to the previous page. 
 
More information 
 
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including: 
 
Internet connectivity has been lost. 
The website is temporarily unavailable. 
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable. 
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

Does anybody knows if there is some configuration that I'm missing?

I'm using BIRT 2.3.2 RC2 and I don't see the issue. When you click the preview tab, it opens a web browser window? Or it actually shows that in the designer? Can you include a screenshot of this?

Michael, it happens in the designer, please see the attachment. 
 
Where can I download your version? (BIRT 2.3.2 RC2 ) 
 
 
I did not know how to decrease the file size...

I hadn't realized that the final release of 2.3.2 had come out on Wednesday. I'll have to download it and check it out. I have the last RC release before that came out.

Actually, first, take a look at the web browser and preview preferences you have set up. In the designer, go to Window -> Preferences -> and then to the section in the following screenshots. See what yours are set to. Make sure that the check box that is circled in the preview preferences is checked and then try the different options of web browser in the other section. See if that works for you.

I still does not get that Birt preview reports, I have tested changes in the configuration as you suggest but it does not work yet. 
 
Do you hava another suggestion to try to get Birt works fine?

I tried with the final release of BIRT 2.3.2 as well and had no issues with the preview window. What browser do you have as your default browser? Could you possibly have the settings in your browsers limited to not allow BIRT to use them? You could also try deleting BIRT 2.3.2 and downloading it again if you don't find anything with the browser deal. Maybe you somehow got a bad download. Let me know.

I have tried all possible combination in the preference menu and birt does not display the preview yet. 
 
I forget to say that I have Birt 2.3.1 working fine, is the problem with 2.3.2 regarding that I have 2.3.1 too?... 
 
I do not execute 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 simultaneously. 
 
I tried to download it (2.3.2) again from another site but the result is the same. 
 
Where can I verify if the browser is limited to allow birt to use them? 
 
Any idea?
