Emailing reports to multiple people

Hi,

We have a report that we would like to schedule and be distributed to a number of people each week.

1. These users only need this one report emailed to them - do we need to create user accounts for them on iServer (this wouldn't seem right to me)?

2. How is this done? I can only find an option to email a report to myself in the schedule tabs on iServer Express.

Any info is appreciated.

Hi Al,

You would need user accounts on iServer (Express) for email notification to work for these users. To set up the notification login into Management Console and set up scheduling for your report. Now go to the "notification" tab, here you can add users/groups to receive the notification.
