Hyperlink disappears when highlighting applies

Hi,

I just had a weird problem with highlighting table cells...

A have table with two columns: an id and a value The ID is a Hyperlink to an internal bookmark on the same report. Everything works fine. Now I add a highlight rule for the CELL which contains the value dataitem: when the value is greater x use background color blue. Now, as soon as the cell is colorized in blue, the hyperlink in the first column disappears?!?!?! When the highlighting rule is applied to the dataitem itself everything works again, but this looks terrible!

Is there any reason for that? How can I achieve the cell highlighting without loosing the hyperlink?

P.S.: The error only occurres on the WebViewer 2.3.1 on Tomcat 5. When I use 2.3.2 this works fine, but then I got other problems, thus I do not want to switch... ;-)

I notice the same thing. I tried to set the background color in script rather than using the highlight rule, but that didn't seem to help. It obviously is a known bug if it works correctly in 2.3.2. I'll let you know if I find any way to get around the issue.<br />

You may search the bugs at <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/reportabug.php'>BIRT: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a>, and see if a workaround was proposed in a bug report of this issue.
