BIRT vs BO

Hi All,
would like to know the features of BIRT over BO.
I have listed few features, I need to know more as I have to create a document BIRT vs BO.

-Direct XML source editor for report design in BIRT
-You can use CSS which will make a report visually appealing and effective in BIRT
-Scripting in JavaScript/Java which is not possible with BO.
-BIRT support the cascading prompts which is not possible with the BO
-BIRT supports the shared libraries feature.

Can anyone pls help me out this?
