opening a project across machines

hello friends

I want to open a eclipse project across machines(same version)
how should i do that?
I tried copying the project folder onto to the eclipse workspace folder..but nothing appeared in the package explorer !
Any quick help is appreciated

i got it
its using import option in the file menu
