iServer integration download link broken

In DevShare: Deploying BIRT Reports there is a link for integration technology and you get a 404 error when you try to download it. Here is the link - if this could be fixed I would love this file. We are currently trying to integrate our iServer environment w/ our PHP application. 
 
All we really need is a useable URL to the iServer environment.
