Font

My textarea item displays text in a different font from the text fields in the DCT. Is there any way of ensuring the font is the same in both text and text areas?

Is this a formatted text area? If so, there is a path to a style sheet that you can edit..

There is no visual formatter associated with it. Just a normal text area item

Check your browser's settings - in IE - Tools -> Internet Options -> [General tab] -> [Fonts... button]

I believe that textareas do not automatically take on the surrounding font value for the page in which they are placed - but rather either have a font specifically set or use the default from the browse (I could be wrong here - but I seem to recall this being the case for one of my customers not too long ago)
