Complete data in the report is not exported

when i click the 'export data' icon & select the select the required columns to be exported into the Excel i get only some of the actual data(not all) getting populated in those selected columns in Excel.That is the exported columns are having only some 2 values populated in all the columns instead of the complete datas or values for those columns.Mostly it consists of the first & last data of the report.But the generated report consists of all the datas completely.I dont know why these datas are missing while getting exported using 'export data' icon.If i export the entire report directly to a excel i dont find anything missing & it works fine.

So anyone help me to solve this.Thanks in adavance.
