Grid and cross tab alignment

I'm trying to add a label header to the row of a crosstab. I have placed a grid (dimensions 1 row * 5 columns) in the header area of the crosstab. Now I'm trying to align the grids (each of which contain a label) with each of the five elements in the crosstab row. I have tried using % widths on the row cells and the grid cells but this is not working. Can this alignment be achieved?

Sorry, I guess I didn't give options to explain what I meant. I meant PDF, HTML, etc.
