CSV with BIRT 2.3.0

I've noticed in some read-me on the web (like in eclipse's site) that BIRT supports exporting reports to CSV.
I use 2.3.0 and there is no such option.
I changed ExportReportDialogFragment.jsp to have csv in the options list.
I also change viewer.properties CSV -> excel.

I got an exception.

Do only future releases support CSV?
