Adding Perspective to the BIRT RCP

Hi,
I am new to the RCP and Eclipse Platform Development.
I want to add a perspective to the Eclipse BIRT RCP and then add some Dialogs and editor and views.
I want to know a few things regarding this
1) Can we add a perspective to the BIRT RCP?
2)If YES then How?
3)IF NO then how can i include BIRT into my RCP application?
4)If i include BIRT into my RCP Application then will my application be OPEN SOURCE or can i license it and sell it?
