Birt Report With Multiple Parameters

How to create a birt report which accept 2 parameters as a input? I have tried with filter, report parameter and data set parameter. But it is not working. Can anyone give me suggestions how to develop the report.

You can create as many parameters for a report as you need. Can you be more specific as to what is not working?
