Remove BIRT Report Studio link for certain users

Hi,

We are in the midst of customizing security on iServer Express and wanted to remove the BIRT Report Studio link for some users.

Is this possible? I searched through the documentation and couldn't find anything on that particular link.

Hi Al,
Yes you can remove the link by setting the ENABLE_BRS_LINK context parameter in the in the web.xml to false. Assuming a default installation of iServer Express on Windows, you can find the web.xml file for the Information Console located at:
C:Program FilesActuate10iServerservletcontaineriportalWEB-INF
