Allow to add Comments on graph to End user

Hi,
is there any way so that, End user of the report/chart if wants can add comments anywhere on chart/Report.

There is not anyway to do this out of the box with BIRT, but since charts support scripting for Interactivity, you might be able to build in some sort of AJAX window to gather comments and make an AJAX call back to a server to store the comments.
