Location of saved QBR file ...

Greetings,

I'm currently evaluating both BIRT and QBR and whilst BIRT is clearly a more advanced reporting solution, there is also a place for QBR on our project also.

However, I'm at a loss how to locate saved QBR files.

In short, I've created an adhoc report using QBR and saved the QBR (Query Based Report), but I cannot seem to locate where it is saved!

Any clues on where QBR files are saved (either by default or where they could be located)?

I definitely know this is stored to database tables and not stored as a XML or any physical file as these reports does not have any formatting requirements. I could find information relating to these in report and reportlabel tables.
Anyway FYI QBRs are more powerful in Maximo V 7114 than the earlier versions. You can find good documentation on the same from IBM KB.

When a Query Based Report is created using the Select Action-->Run Reports dialog there is a Save Report? checkbox. Once this is checked the Name field becomes required. When the report is Submitted the report can be recalled in the same Run Report dialog. This dialog defaults to list 5 reports, any additional reports you have to use the >>>> at the top of the dialog to see additional reports. The QBR just created will be displayed with a trash can icon out to the right. These are the only reports you are allowed to delete from the list.

One of the Application configurations I like to do is reset the Run Reports dialog to display 10 reports rather than only 5.
