Element hide/visibility

Where can I find the visibility/hide properties fo the specific element of my report. I'd like to set a condition for an element visibility.

Any suggestion?

Is this question in relation to the report designer in Eclipse or to create a condition on the visibility of an element programmatically through the Design Engine API?

If it's the former, you need to display the Property Editor in Eclipse, which you can do by selecting Window -> Show View -> Other and in the Show View dialog, expand Report Design and select Property Editor.

Once the property editor is displayed, highlight the element you want to conditionally make visible on your report design, and in the property editor, select the visibility sub-tab. Check the hide element checkbox, and the expression builder will become available.

If it's the latter, I'll post about this later, just need to dig the right info from the APIs ;-)
