Chart formatting in Birt Report Studio

How can I change the default formatting of a chart that create in Birt Report Studio?

When I'm making a report in BRS, it seems to add in a default color palette, and set properties like visible gridlines to true...

Is there a place (maybe in a Theme) that I can set properties like that so that I can control branding for charts created in BRS?
