BIRT in a portal

Hi,
I install a report viewer 2.2.0 in a server and i can´t see the reports in html format, the viewer don´t show me a error only the label "Processing, please wait..." never end, but i can generate reports in pdf format without problem.
Whats wrong????

This error happen when i login in my application for a portal, if i login direct to the server it work ok

I´m using Application Server 9,jdk1.5,birt 2.2.0
