How to set a gradient background for a table?

Hi all..
I have to set a gradient background to a table. I could do the same for a chart.. but Iam not able to do that in a table.. my requirement is somthing like the attachment..

Help me ASAP..

I don't think that there is a way to do this within BIRT as of yet. I could be wrong though. If I find anything, I'll post it in here. You could always request an enhancement for something like this at <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/reportabug.php'>BIRT: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a>.
