Date Parameter in a Scripted Datasource
BirtEclips
Hello,
i try to pass a date/time parameter to a scripted datasource. The datasource uses a POJO to generate the return dataset.
I pass the parameter to the java object with inputParams["param_1"]. On the java side i only get a String object, because the inputParams only passes string.
Is it possible to pass a Date Object?
Is there a way to format the string which is passed? because the date format of the parameter has no influence on the formatting of the passed string?
Is there a easy way to cast the string in a java timestamp or date....
thanks a lot
