area charts touching Y axis

I know that I can tweak the left inset in the area format for my chart to move it to the left 'by hand', but the amount needed seems to be relative to the number of X axis datapoints - what works for one data set doesn't work for another. Is there a better way to get my area chart to fill the entire area?
