Urgent : How do I make pdf file to be editable for adding annotaions

When I render the report in pdf, how can I specify to make it editable so that users can add comments/annotations to the text

I do not think this is going to be possible. We use iText to generate PDFs<br />

You could always add a comments parameter that reruns the report and adds the comments though.<br />
