I'm looking for a PDF (i.e.) or another document with a description of the TeamSite-perl packages/functions.
Is there on available?

I don't believe any such document exists - if for no other reason that practicallity, patches are often used to fix or modify these modules and any such 'static' document would quickly become out-dated.

You could use pod2html or pod2latex and generate your own documentation...
