side by side listing

How can I achieve side by side listing? Like, if I want to show a listing of all customer records (just the id, name and address fields) side by side.

e.g.
Row 1 containing 3 columns (col1, col2 and col3).
Col 1 will contain customer 1 information, col2 will contain customer 2 information and so on.


Please help.
