Message not visible in Excel output for portrait report

Hi,

We have header and footer notes defined in the library which is used by all of the reports.
The footer note being a long text message is not completely visible in EXCEL output in Portrait reports.
The user has to manually increase the height of the row to make it visible completely.
Is it possible that it gets visible when exported to Excel without manual intervention to report output.
