Unable to create dataset

I have downloaded RTC 2.0 and I start the eclipse program. I created a new report and I created a:

data source: Flat File Data Source
data set: I type the data set name click next, there's a error stating
"An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
org/eclipse/datatools/connectivity/oda/flatfile/util/querytextutil/QueryTextUtil.getColumnsInfo(Ljava/lang/String;)LJava/Lang/String;


I was using a .csv file and trying to attach it to the dataset. Any one can advise me?

Can you attach the report design and the CSV? That would make it easier to look at what might not be set up correctly.
