Cascading Parameter with Select All

Hi all,

I have a cascading parameter for which I want to keep a default value 'SELECT ALL' and when I choose this option I want to select all the values in the drop down and return the result for all the values..If anyone knows the solution please help me out.

Are you wanting the "Select All" option for all levels of the cascading parameter? Or just the first?
