Resizing actuate.Viewer control with JSAPI

So I was wondering if there is any to dynamically resize the actuate.Viewer control without resubmitting it.

I noticed the methods actuate.Viewer.setWidth() and actuate.Viewer.setHeight() but those require one to resubmit (call actuate.Viewer.submit(...)) the viewer and rerun the report to have it resize. Is there any other way to do this?
