Cascade Parameter becomes invalid

A cascade parameters contains two parameters: p1 and p2.
And I use jsapi to access reports deployed in iserver express.

Usually, it works well. But sometimes it is broken for some unknown reasons.
And is will not recover until i redeployed it.

When it is broken, the selection of p1 will not bring a ajax request for p2. And the dropdown list of p2 displays a value, which is the default value of p2 setted when designing. In fact it should be a Label Value list base on the the value of p1 by a ajax request.
