Message not visible in Excel output for library file

Hi,
I have defined header and footer note in the library file,I am using the same library file in all reports.but the footer message is not completely visible in EXCEL output.I'm manually increasing the height of the row to make it visible completely.
Is it possible that it gets visible when exported to EXCEL without manual intervention to report output.
