Display marker lines on top of my chart

How can I display marker lines on top of chart?
I want to draw marker lines over bubbles as attached image.
Since it's bubble chart, It's impossible to add overlay chart.

This currently is not possible. Can you make the series translucent, whcih gives the impression that the marker is over the bubble?

I'll suggest my customer to set translucent.

By the way why Marker Lines are displayed under the Major/Minor Grid of Axes?
I think chart's Grid should be most back.
