import files - error

One of my user(author) was trying to import files into Teamsite server and she gets a JAVA-EXCEPTION error.
I tried to import the files as a master both In Test Env and PROD ENV but no use, error pops up.
Attached is a screenshot of my error.
file size is 18.4 MB(pdf file)

Please let me know if anyone has an idea as why am i geeting an error.

It could be that you are running into a memory limitation on the client. How much memory do you have available before you start the import. If it is less than 18MB then that would be your problem (since the file has to be loaded into memory before the applet can transfer the file).

You might want to try turning on the java applet console in your web browser to see if there are any helpful messages that show up there as well.

My problem is solved when I set use launchpad = False instead of true in the iw.cfg file
