Cannot edit files unless login as Master

Hi,

My company uses Teamsite 5.52 on Windows 2000 SP2 platform. It has happened many times that we cannot edit files unless we login as Master. The problem will come and go within half a hour to a few hours. Any idea on how to fix this issue?

Try turning off the netmonitor feature as detailed in:

If that does not work pay close attention to the other details in the article to see if they apply. The netmonitor issue is the most likely problem. There is supposed to be a fix for this issue in TS5.5.2 SP2 (bug 33811), but you may want to do some testing with the service pack before you install it in production (as others here have seen problems).

I have added "netmonitor=no" to the iw.cfg and run a "reset -a" it is worked.But IT still has no permission.
What can I do?

Restart the Interwoven TeamSite Service from the services window and then then do a iwreset -a.

Atleast It worked for me.
