"Processing, please wait ..." won't close!

Hi,
We've upgraded from BIRT 2.2.2 to BIRT 2.3.2. On some (not all) client PCs the "Processing, please wait ..." message won't close.

(FYI - BIRT is integrated with our application, called via a menu applet. Our application is deployde to JBOSS(4.0.2) & TOMCAT(5.5))

Is it a client Java version problem?

Anyone seen this AND solved it, please don't reply saying 'Yeah I've got this problem too!'

Hi FBS,

So, only some clients are having this issue? Is there any link to what browser they're using? FF vs IE, etc.? Or even versions within FF or IE? Both 2.2.2 and 2.3.2 work off of java 1.5, so that shouldn't be it.
