Passing Report parameters through JSP

Hi,
I have created reports in BIRT.Now I want to pass the parameters required in BIRT report through JSP.What I exactly want is that there should ba a drop down on JSP page and a submit button.On selecting a value from drop drown and then clicking submit report should come based on the value selected.
Please help.....
