how to remove null value in casecading parameter combo box

Hi
I have implemented cascade parameter my birt reports.

in combo box its displaying null value and empty space. But i had commented out in combo box parameter page.

in normal combo box parameter null value and empty content is not displying.

Please provide information how to remove null value in cascading parameter.

I had commented out some code, its working for normal list box,combo box parameters,

if we use cascade parameter still it showing null values and empty space.

please provide details how to remove.
