404 page not found

Hi,
We have java GUI for templating and is workign fine. But when we are try using browser interface ..
we are getting "page not found" error.

and I found the following from logs/iwui/servletd_err.log
OpenAPIAuthenticator.authenticate(SimpleIdentity[ username=cheruvur domainname=AMERICAS rolename=master])
2003-01-22 09:59:36 - Ctx( /iw/webdesk ): 404 R( /iw/webdesk + /templating/TmplChooserServlet + null) null

Any idea? what could be wrong?

What version of TeamSite do you have installed? The error you show could be caused by a problem in the war file expansion when you installed a service pack (or maybe you only installed the TS service pack and didn't install the TST service pack as well).

Do any templating components work? can you use the examples that are shipped with templating in the servlet interface?

I found that, TST service pack is not installed. Installed it and everything is back to normail.
