cascade parameter in iServer SP1

i use iserver express sp1.

In iServer Express 10, when a parameter changes, the following parameters in that cascade parameter group will get the data and select the first one automatically.

but it is not in SP1 and it keeps blank. I do not know if it is a bug.

This is the designed behaviour. It used to automatically select the first value which allowed users to select the top level parameter and then submit the report without checking the values of subsequent values.

Could you give me some sugguestion on how to realize "automatically select the first value" in iServer Express SP1.

The only workaround I can think of is to create your own custom parameter collection page.
