Workflow history

Can we access the workflow history after the workflow has come to an end? If yes, can anyone tell me how?
Any help on this is greately appreciated.

Not without custom programming. It is not available as a function of TeamSIte. There are definitely ways to do it, though, depending on how much info you need to archive.

I want to archive from the beginning all the way down to the end. Can you please tell me how can i do this?

once a workflow has completed its end task, the workflow is removed from the system (so, no you can't access a workflow that has completed).

At one point in time there was a Workflow Auditing Plus Pack that you could get through Interwoven Consulting that would add a workflow audit trail, but I am uncertain that is still available (you could always contact your sales/consulting representative and ask). I also think that there was a feature request to have more workflow based auditing to be added to TeamSite in general.

In short however, no. Once a workflow is completed all traces are removed (all comments, all transitions made, etc.). So it would not be possible to query the workflow.

Keep in mind that the Workflow Plus Pak will be very expensive - you cannot install it yourself. Interwoven consultants have to come to your site and install it. They can't even tell you how much it will be until they come to your site. It's a crock if you ask me...

I haev a script that I execute in all my workflows as an externaltask just prior to the endtask that saves the pertinent info of each task executed from the beginning to the end of the workflow, with all files listed as well. my problem is like this: after i publish the files to the edition thru the workflow and before the workflow ends, i want to track all the history. Is it possible to do that?
