Displaying multiple pages data into single page

Hi All,

How can I design report like that instead of continuing to next page the data should get printed on second half of the same page.

Eg:

Employee details

Dept A

ENo Emp Name ENo Emp Name ENo Emp Name
1 Aaaa 5 Bxxxx 9 Ldfgdf
2 Abbbb 6 Cdddd 10 .......
3 Acccc 7 Cfffff 11 ......
4 Baaaa 8 Kffgf

(ie)
I have a table with ENo and Emp Name and total 100 records for Department A. Instead of printing the data into different pages, the data should get accomodated into the same page as it is shown inthe above eg. Once first page is filled with data, it should continue to the next page.

Kindly help to solve this issue.
