current configration problem

Hi

i am using birt framework2.1, when try to upgrade 2.3 through eclipse update manager, i got some errors as a result of that errors i could not complete my up gradation.

for your reference i am attaching error screen shot .


please provide solution as soon as possible, i am waiting for replay.
