PHP Java Bridge

Hi!

I have several questions to PJB. I think i am missunderstanding a lot of things. So, I downloaded the JavaBridge.war and deployed the file in the same directory where birt.war is. The PHP-test-Scripts were reachable on Port 8080.
First question: is the placed, where I deployed the bridge the right one?

We want to use the Bridge, but want to call the bridge and BIRT from another Server (Apache-Server without Java (no JBoss,no Birt)). Is it possible?

I thouht I cann install the birgde on the same Server, where Birt is and call the bridge from another server, and then the bridge calls BIRT.

Not sure if you got around this, but the BIRT engine is in the JavaBridge.war. Take a look at this page:

You should be able to run on separate servers.
