Need to bind the report for hyper Link

Hi ,

I have two Datasources(MyDATASOURCE.csv,DetailReport User.csv).

MyDATASOURCE :-contains coloumn as follows

USER_ID USER_NAME USER_AGE USER_SALARY USER_DEPARTMENT
1 swetha 20 10000 ITIG
2 swetha1 21 2000 LIFE SCIENCES
3 swetha2 22 3000 DEVELOPMENT
4 sweth 23 4000 TESTING
5 swetha9 24 40000 HR

DetailReport User.csv Contains coloumns as follows :

USER_ID USER_ADD
1 ECIL
2 HYD
3 SRNAGAR
4 HITECH
5 MADHAPUR

So I am creating the table in Report for MyDATASOURCE data set.
When I click on UserId(Hyper Link in first report) it should be generate one pdf that corresponding record address.

For Eg:-If i Click 1 on first report need to generate PDF and ECIL should be display on that Report.

I am Attaching the Data Sources(CSV files) as well as reports(Which has created for two data sources and data sets).
