Lining up secondary series with x-axis
Sinbios
I have a graph with two axises, one as a line graph and the other as a stock graph. Both are taking data from the same dataset; one displays the raw data and the other displays the average of two of the rows.
When the x-axis is set as the category axis, all the data line up just fine. But since the time difference between datapoints aren't constant, I made it so that the x-axis is not the category axis, but progresses at a constant rate. The first series, the line chart, lines up with the time axis just fine, but the secondary series does not. It's shifted by about ten minutes.
How do I make it so that the time axis is constant but also have the secondary axis display the data at the correct time? Shouldn't this be default behaviour when there are two y-axises?
On another note, how do I change the subtype of the secondary series? And why can't I add multiple axises that are different types from the primary axis? Two is ok, but not three?

I just tried it now with only the stock series as the primary series. When the x-axis is not set as the category axis it's still off.
Attached is a screenshot.

Hi Sinbios,
Can you recreate this issue with a flat file database or something so that I can see it and do some testing on the report design? Thanks.
What version of BIRT are you using?
Sinbios
Here you go. Rename the txt file to csv since csv can't be attached..
The first chart exhibits linear time progression but the values do not align with the x-axis. The second chart is lined up but the time is not linear.

Sinbios,
In your real data, do you have multiple values for the same times for 1 series like in this sample data?
Sinbios
Yes, and also during some intervals there would be no data at all.

This looks like a definite bug to me. Please log this at <a class='bbc_url' href='
