Export to Excel gives style error while opening the excel file

Hi,

We have Actuate 9 iPortal

When the user download the report with Export report as excel. He gets the style error while opening the file. This happens with all the reports on our iportal.

All our reports have master pages and stylesheets applied.

It would be great if you could let me know the reason for same and solution to resolve the same
